Flavio is an experienced lawyer acting in the most important tax claims with the Federal Supreme Court, Superior Court of Justice and the Administrative Council of Tax Appeals (CARF). He is the author of many articles including, “Progressive Tax Replacement in ‘ICMS’ tax collection against the constitutional principle of free competition and economic efficiency losses”, published in the collaborative book “Coletiva Intervenção Do Estado No Domínio Econômico” coordinated by Antônio de Moura Borges and Ivo Teixeira Gico.
